  • Create your own (Fill in the occasion here) cake. Using the options below you will be able to create the cake of your dreams. Please refer to the pricing tab for details on pricing out your custom cake. At checkout you will be charged a 50% deposit.
  • The prices you see here will cover the basics. The intention is that most of the cost of the cake can be built in using the options below. Here is what we intend to be included:
    • Icing Decoration.
    • The flavours.
    • The cake layers based upon the size you selected.
    • Packaging materials.

    In the occasion that you are asking for something that goes above and beyond normal we will reach out to you regarding the pricing to do something extra. For example, if you are looking for us to do a custom shape or custom decorations there can be additional costs. Here is what we cannot include on the pricing options:

    • Custom shapes.
    • Custom decorations - We do offer some add on options below, but we cannot cover everything. If you have something specific in mind we can work with you to see if we can make it possible.
    • Additional flavors - We offer a number of different cake flavours and fillings. In the occassion you are looking for something we don't specialize in we reccomend getting in contact with us.
    • Special delivery options - See the next tab for a better break down of delivery options available.
  • Lead Times: Typically we require a lead time of 7 or more days to create a custom cake. The larger or more intricate the cake is, the more time we will require.

     

    Delivery & Pick up: Typically for larger cakes we reccomend delivery to be handled by us. Delivering a large cake can be difficult and if we deliver, we will ensure that it is delivered intact.

     

    We do allow customer pick up, and this is a perfectly fine option for smaller cakes (typically 1 tier), however we can't be held responsible for any damage that is done to the cake after pick up.
  • We include an optional tasting sample kit ($25) which will be credited towards your order. This tasting kit will include
    • Four different flavours of your choosing.
    • Icing of your choice
    • A Credit of $25 towards your ccompleted custom order
  • Once the order is placed, we will get in contact with you (within 24 - 72 hours) to confirm everything is to your liking. At any time previous to the order being confirmed with you the order may be canceled/refunded.

     

    Once we have contacted you and we have made sure your order is perfectly understood and everything is just the way you want it, then we will begin arranging the cake. Once we have begun arranging the cake we no longer accept refunds due to the custom nature of these orders.

     

    Order Changes will depend. If the cake has been arranged for a date in the future and we have not started the cake we would happily like to work with you regarding adjusting the cake. However, once the cake is underway we cannot make changes to the order that would impact the cake that has already been made.
