    • Additional flavors - We offer a number of different cake flavours and fillings. In the occasion you are looking for something we don't specialize in we recommend getting in contact with us.

  • Lead Times: Typically we require a lead time of 3-7 days to create a custom cake. The larger or more intricate the cake is, the more time we will require.

     

    Delivery & Pick up: Typically for larger cakes we recommend delivery to be handled by us. Delivering a large cake can be difficult and if we deliver, we will ensure that it is delivered intact.

     

    We do allow customer pick up, and this is a perfectly fine option for smaller cakes (typically 1 tier), however we can't be held responsible for any damage that is done to the cake after picked up.
  • Once the order is placed, we will get in contact with you (within 24 - 72 hours) to confirm everything is to your liking. At any time previous to the order being confirmed with you the order may be canceled/refunded.

     

    Once we have contacted you and we have made sure your order is perfectly understood and everything is just the way you want it, then we will begin arranging the cake. Once we have begun arranging the cake we no longer accept refunds due to the custom nature of these orders.

     

    Order changes will depend. If the cake has been arranged for a date in the future and we have not started the cake we would happily like to work with you regarding adjusting the cake. However, once the cake is underway we cannot make changes to the order that would impact the cake that has already been made.
