Fulfillment Policy
Our Order Processing & Fulfillment Policy
All orders are processed within 10 minutes after an order is placed and a confirmation email is sent to the email provided. Orders are shipped same day (if this service is offered on our checkout page) or within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed unless a customer has requested a future date. Once an order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details.
Please Note: if your order requires a lead time due to it being a custom product It will ship out based upon the lead time given, if your order is urgent, please contact our customer service to see if they can provide more details, but due to the nature of custom orders we will need a lead time to ensure the order is done properly.
No orders are shipped on Holidays.
Cake & Baked goods will be prioritized to be delivered by our own local drivers for the Greater Toronto Area. Orders placed outside the GTA will be handled by our delivery partners below. Cakes and baked goods are not advised to be ordered outside our local delivery area to issues regarding their fragility and perishable nature.
Our delivery partners, including Canpar, Purolator, UPS, Fedex, Canada Post, Lasership, local couriers and Ontrac, offer 1-7 day delivery options depending on the location of your gift recipient(s). Please note that this means it can take 1-7 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if the courier extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After orders ship from one of our warehouses, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver all orders in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department. Please keep all original shipping boxes and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement, a refund or reimbursement.
If an order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping.
International Terms
At this time we do not ship outside Canada. If you are interested in one of our products to be delivered internationally please contact our customer service team to see if we can assist.
